27 Nov 2023 - Xmas / New Years Trading Hours
It's nearly that time of year again and our opening hours will be similar to previous years. We will finish up on Fri 22 Dec at 3pm and will be back in the office on Wed 3 Jan 2024. You can view hours Xmas hours here. Once again, we would like to thank you for your business this year, and hope that you manage to get some rest and relaxation over the summer period. 20 Apr 2023 - We will be closed on Mon 24 April
As Anzac falls on a Tuesday this year we will be closed on Mon 24 April to make the most of the weekend. We will be open again as usual on Wed 26 April.
23 Feb 2023 - Freight can now be sent nationwide
Freight can now be sent nationwide but there may still be some significant delays in and around areas that were affected by Cyclone Gabrielle. Please be patient while awaiting delivery of your orders. We are unable to begin the track and trace process until seven business days has passed since dispatch.
17 Feb 2023 - Freight can now be sent north of Auckland
Freight can now be sent north of Auckland, but we are still unable to dispatch orders to the following areas:
- Hawke's Bay, Tairāwhiti/Gisborne
If you are based in either of these areas we recommend you hold off on ordering until further notice. If we do receive orders that are going to either of these areas they will be held until our freight partners advise that they can accept them from us. Please keep in mind that while we can now ship to most areas, there may be significant delays to any areas that were affected by the cyclone.
15 Feb 2023 - Shipping Delays due to Cyclone Gabrielle
We have been advised by NZ Couriers that they are currently unable to accept freight going to the following areas due to Cyclone Gabrielle:
- WHANGAREI, FAR NORTH, NAPIER, HASTINGS, GISBORNE, HAVELOCK NORTH, WAIROA, PAUANUI, TAIRUA, WHITIANGA, WHANGAMATA, COROMANDEL.
If you are located in any of these areas we will hold your order until NZ Couriers advise us that it can be collected. Please check back here regularly for updates or contact us directly. Our thoughts are with those who are currently affected by the cyclone.

This year we will be closed over the Xmas / New Year period from (and including) Fri 23 Dec - Tue 3 Jan. We will re-open on Wed 4 Jan 2023. Over the Xmas / New Year period we will be closed on the public holidays, and on the 24th and 31st of Dec we will be closing early at 12pm. All other days we will be open as usual. 2 Sep 2021 - Vaping and Smoking Products Considered Essential
During alert level 4 only essential items can be supplied, but what is considered to be an essential item is a grey area with no specific boundaries. What we have been able to determine is that vaping and smoking products appear to be considered essential, based on what other wholesalers and retailers are offering, so under alert level 4 we are still able to offer some of these core products for supply. You need to make sure that you are only offering these products to customers via contactless home delivery, and if ordering from us, please make sure that someone is onsite to receive goods or you risk the possibility of your order being returned to us which will result in another freight charge to resend your order. If you are unsure about which products can be ordered or have any queries about level 4 requirements when it comes to our products, please email scott@charbella.nz.
17 Aug 2021 - Auckland Moves to COVID-19 Alert Level 4
As you would have heard on the news today, we have moved to alert level 4, and in Auckland we will remain at this alert level for seven days. As we do not sell essential goods we will be closed during this alert level and any orders placed will unfortunately not be shipped until we move out of level 4. This year we will be open normal trading hours on most days and closed on the public holidays which includes Fri 25 Dec, Mon 28 Dec, Fri 1 Jan, and Mon 4 Jan. On Thu 24 Dec we will close early at 12pm. A massive thanks to all of our customers for your support this year, we wish you all the very best over the festive season!
12 Aug 2020 - Auckland Returns to COVID-19 Alert Level 3
Jacinda Ardern announced on Tuesday 11 August that Auckland will move to alert level 3 at 12pm on Wed 12 August, and the rest of NZ to alert level 2. As we are based in Auckland we will enter level 3, however, we can continue to ship orders as usual. We assume that like last lockdown, there may be delays in the courier network so please allow for extra delivery time when ordering.
5 Aug 2020 - SMOKING Brand Tubes & Papers Back in Stock
Our latest shipment of SMOKING cigarette tubes and papers has arrived, and stock is now available for order. While these products have seen price increases at our end, we have not passed on any increases in the hope that as time goes on and economies eventually return to normal, we will see costs (mainly shipping) return to better rates with future orders.
23 Jun 2020 - Supply Disruption for Randy's Liquid Cleaner
Unfortunately once our Randy's liquid cleaner stock runs dry, and we are nearly there, we will have a lengthy wait until we can get fresh stock. The manufacturer is currently unable to get the bottles required, so it is likely we may have a three month delay on this product being available again. We do still have our top selling liquid cleaner Limpuro available. More Limpuro is on order and we do not expect any delays in supply.
22 Jun 2020 - RAW Pre-rolled Cones Back in Stock
Finally we have stock of the RAW pre-rolled cones available again in 1 1/4 and king size! These can be hard to get due to the slower, natural process they go through for production, so get 'em while you can!
19 Jun 2020 - Supply Disruption for Hemp Wraps
Unfortunately we are looking at a lengthy delay until we get more Juicy Jays or Kingpin Hemp Wraps. Possibly up to three months due to the disruption caused by COVID-19.
