HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE:
As a small family run business we need a bit of a break now and then so we will be closed for one week from 13 Jul to 19 Jul. Orders placed after 11am on Thur 9 Jul will be dispatched when we are back in the office from Mon 20 Jul.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
Please note that our website is solely for wholesale (business to business) enquiries. We only supply to NZ based businesses with either an active website or a physical store.
All prices on our website are in NZ Dollars and exclude GST.
CREDIT TERMS
Upon completion of our customer information form below, approved clients may be given credit terms. Charbella Imports Ltd reserves the right to refuse supply until outstanding accounts are paid. Any legal and out of pocket expenses associated with the collection of overdue accounts will be added on to the original amount owed.
FREIGHT
We charge freight on all orders and this will be included on your invoice once your order is packed. We only charge freight at cost, and this is based on the price given to us by the online freight portal we use. All orders ship with NZ Couriers or NZ Post, whichever has the best price at the time, and you will receive tracking information via email when each order has shipped.
RETURNS
Claims will only be recognised if made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment by bank deposit, Visa, or Mastercard. Credit card payments will only be accepted once some purchase history is established and will incur a 2.7% surcharge.
