CREDIT TERMS
Upon completion of a Credit Application Form, approved clients may be given credit terms that allow payment to be made on the 20th of the following month from invoice.
Charbella Imports Ltd reserves the right to refuse supply until outstanding accounts are paid. Any legal and out of pocket expenses associated with the collection of overdue accounts will be added on to the original amount owed.
FREIGHT
A freight charge is added to each order and will be included on your invoice once your order is packed. We only charge freight at cost, and this is based on the price given to us by the online freight portal we use.
Claims will only be recognised if made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment by bank deposit, Visa, or Mastercard. Credit card payments will only be accepted once some purchase history is established.
To pay by Visa or Mastercard simply phone us with your credit card details during business hours. Please note that credit card payments incur a 2.7% surcharge.
To pay by bank deposit, use the banking details supplied on your invoice or statement. You can also pay via Poli from your bank account here.
